FAQ
Isn't it enough to find Platinum or Gold suppliers on Alibaba or other B2B platforms to know they are legitimate?
No. Gold and Platinum status on B2B platforms tells you a supplier has paid for a membership and passed a basic legal registration check. It does not tell you whether their factory is real, whether they have the production capacity for your order, whether their quality systems are functional, or whether they are currently overcommitted to other buyers. We have visited factories that hold Gold and Platinum status on Alibaba and found serious gaps in all of these areas. Platform status is a starting point. It is not due diligence.
