As a Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital media strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage our company's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
- Create compelling and relevant digital content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and interactive media to drive audience engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align digital media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Digital Media Manager or similar role in a corporate setting, preferably within the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools, including social media management, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- Proficiency in utilizing popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram for business purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different digital channels and target audiences.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
